Mini Mesh grating is an ADA compliant mesh size. This small mesh also prevents small tools and other objects from falling through the grating, protecting personnel or equipment below. The ½“ mesh size openings allow for greater foot coverage (eliminating foot fatigue), high heel shoe traffic, and a smoother rolling surface for wheelchairs, carts, and hand trucks.

Molded Grating Resin Systems

HeslyGrating offers a choice of five resin systems for fiberglass moulded grating to accommodate different requirements of each custom application, all MaxGrate resin systems have a class 1 flame spread rating of 25 or less per ASTM E-84.

Standard FRP Grating Surface

When the panel naturally cured, the surface shall have a concave surface for slip resistance. A standard grit surface is made through a secondary operation by sanding slica sand on the top surface of grating to provide long lasting slip resistant surface.
