Grating Step Treads/Steel Grating Stair Treads

Grating Step tread is made by Carbon or mild steel of certain sizes through the processing of grooving, lock-pressure, welding, finishing and other treatment. Industrial bar gratings can be actually made from copper, aluminum and other materials, while galvanized steel grating is the mostly used one due to its economic cost and good property.

HESLY'S Steel grating stair treads are available fabricated to any size in type “W” welded, type "DT" dovetail pressure locked, or type "SL" swage locked grating. Treads are manufactured with a defined visible nosing and pre-punched end carrier plates or angles, ready for bolting or welding to the stair stringers.
